Yearbook Introduction

25 things that should be in every yearbook:

  1. THEME!!

  3. good and clear photography that tells a story.
  4. credit to whoever took a certain photo
  5. dominant photos
  6. headlines that go along with the dominant photos
  7. sub headlines
  8. divider pages
  9. school name on the cover
  10. a caption for every photo
  11. coverage of the whole year
  12. stories
  13. photo modules
  14. index
  15. alternative coverage
  16. quotes from students
  17. page numbers
  18. at least ten photos per page
  19. table of contents
  20. color scheme
  21. club/organization photos
  22. font scheme
  23. theme carried throughout the book
  24. an eye line on spreads
  25. identified students in a picture
  26. mug shots/people pages
  27. info on the spine
